What time do you close?
We have after-hour and weekend availability. We are a mobile notary service, there is no public office available for walk-in service. An appointment must be made to obtain notary service. Appointments can be made from the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm every day of the week, however, if you are needing an appointment outside these hours we can accommodate an earlier or later appointment time. What else can The Notary Exchange do?
We draft and notarize legal documents such as Wills, Power of Attorneys, Business Formation documents and much more!
What do I need to bring to have something notarized?
The person or persons signing the document to be notarized will need to bring photo identification, the form being notarized and witnesses (if needed). Two separate signatures can be notarized at different times if needed.
What documents can be notarized?
We are able to notarize most documents. We essentially verify the identity of the person signing the document. We notarize documents such as bill of sale, power of attorney, act of donation, loans, contracts, affidavits, etc.
What are your notarial fees?
Fees are determined by what document is notarized, if a document is created by us, location traveling to, and the time of day. Please contact us for a quote.
Where can we meet?
We can travel and notarize in Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines, and St. Bernard parishes. We can travel to other areas in Louisiana, please contact us with questions about other service areas.
